Our Community

Centralization of development in the city is big part of our country's problems, that´s why we take big pride in creating development and opportunities in rural areas, not only basic jobs but scientist and high level professionals.

We collaborate with Universities to give opportunities so students can learn and apply new skills.

Jia’s team, connects with these students to make them realize the value of their efforts can bring sustainable, innovative, value-added product processes to market with economical, purposeful, ethical, and efficient practice. We are exposing our team with professionals from all over the world.

Jia gives back to our community to ensure their education and ability to prosper in the near future.

Jia also has a strong ties and good relations with local government institutions, such as the municipality.

We are located in the dry corridor of Guatemala, the most impoverished area of the country. The Jia team works very hard to provide job opportunities in the area so the community can and I did not see anything that says that it prevents migration (that disintegrates families).
